BA in Economic and Accounting from university of Haifa, and LL.B from Ono Academic College.
Shlomo establish the office after 15 years of Tax work, of which 13 years was employed by the Israel Tax Authority.
In his last position he was executive of foreign residents in the international Tax Division, in addition he was in charge of the EOI (exchange of information) according to treaties which Israel is party.
Additionally, he was professional advisor in large number of assessment offices, he was a member which in charge the new inspector training courses at the Israeli Tax Authority, and has been involved in legislation related to international taxation.
